The staff was tremendously helpful and friendly. The location to the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards and the Baltimore Convention Center is unbeatable. The room was incredibly clean and the view was beautiful.
It was a bit expensive I thought, but not outside the ordinary.

We were able to go to Johns Hopkins Hospital, the drive wasn't far, and we also were able to go to the Inner Harbor and enjoyed a ball game. Had a most relaxing time.
They didn't have a shuttle to Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Location is good and rooms are spacy and clean.
No mini bar and supermarket is at least 20 walking min. away. Parking costs usd 28 per day and hotel services are extremely expensive, related to the service level given. Bad price / quality ratio. Hotel has by far not the level like any other Hilton hotel I've stayed before.

The hotel was very elegant and was very top notch. I liked the lobby bar for myself. My wife and son's (4 year old twins) were very comfortable as well.
I liked everything. I wish I could have taken advantage of more that the hotel had to offer, but I had a limited amount of time, and of course the twins need lots of attention!

Just a good pick for a short visit in Baltimore with good value for money. The check-in process was smooth, which I appreciated after a long drive. Make sure to confirm your room type before arriving to avoid any surprises.

I checked in for Valentine's Day but faced issues with my room. I asked to switch due to a smell and received another room with cleanliness problems. I then missed my dinner reservation and a show because of the wait. The bartender at the lobby bar comped us drinks, a nice gesture, but I was frustrated with the situation overall. My background in art history makes me appreciate quality experiences, and I expected better service.

The location to Camden yards was unbeatable!
The ice machine was out of order and the soda machine was sold out our entire stay. The dust ruffle and bed linens were dirty and stained. The hotel decor needed some updating. We feel we overpaid by a lot for what we received. We expected more from a Hilton.

Great views and solid service!
I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms had everything I needed. That awesome view of Camden Yards. The staff was super friendly, especially the bar lounge area with great vibes. Only bummer was the bar was kinda small, so it got crowded quickly during game days.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable with a gorgeous view right into Camden Yards! The bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud!
There was no remote for the tv and had to make 2 calls and wait 55 minutes for one to be brought up. With antsy children, it felt like a very long time.
